About us

Every morning started with good intentions.

As a mobility manager, I wanted one thing: to ensure that our people could move around freely—without hassle, without worries. Mobility had to be a service, not a burden. But it soon became clear that the reality was different.

What once seemed like a straightforward task turned into a jumble of spreadsheets, lease contracts, fines, fuel cards, maintenance appointments, pool cars, CO₂ reports, and endless emails. Every part of mobility management seemed to have its own system, its own logic, its own urgency. And me? I was the link between everything—but I didn't really have a grip on anything.

Instead of focusing strategically on sustainable mobility, talent retention, and cost optimization, I became a firefighter. The one who shouted the loudest got priority. Every day. The time I wanted to spend taking care of our employees—the real purpose of my role—evaporated amid operational red tape and reactive, repetitive tasks.

II saw colleagues drop out, suppliers working at cross-purposes, and employees becoming frustrated by unclear processes. Mobility was no longer an advantage, but a source of irritation. And I knew: this had to change.

One day, after yet another wasted morning trying to sort out a wrongly issued fine, the penny dropped.

If no one else is providing an overview, then I have to create one myself. Not as a new tool, not as yet another platform alongside all the other existing platforms—but as a total solution that starts from the user's frustration. From my frustration an intrincic motivation started to shape and grow.

I wanted to start a company that brings mobility back to what it's all about: making life easier for people.

A partner who not only streamlines processes, but also proactively contributes ideas, advises, automates, and above all: brings peace of mind.

DELT Mobility was born out of the need to get a grip on mobility
